Who doesn't love a classic red barn wedding?

How about an added bonus: a forest chapel with a hand made wooden cathedral facade??

Winding Willows Farm has really got it all! Shannon and Kyle said they had viewed a ton of venues but as soon as they saw WW, they knew it was 100% The One! Meant to be!

It was an absolutely sweltering day, but you wouldn't know it looking at these two! Especially Shannon who looked "glowy" at best (seriously, how did her super long mane of thick hair remain so perfect?!), while myself and Natalie, who I was 2nd shooting for, were sweating buckets in the 34C Langley humidity. Probably the hottest wedding of my summer, so much so that Nat's camera was overheating!

The shady shelter of the forest was a total haven, and what a beautiful spot. Who gets the farm-y red barn wedding AND an enchanted forest wedding all in one venue!? The inside of the barn was decorated beautifully between the couple's styling and the venue's built-in rustic charm, including a super 'gram-able heart-shaped permanent light installation set up on the wall behind the head table framing the bride and groom!

These two were sweet as can be and absolutely down for anything with zero complaints about the heat/humidity. Absolute sweethearts, and surrounded by guests who clearly knew just how special they are. And working with Natalie for the first time was such a gift- I ended up working a ton over the rest of the summer with her and her business partner Kerstin, and I'm beyond thankful to have connected with them and that it was such a good, creatively collaborative fit! Excited to share more of the weddings I shot with them over the last few months soon!
