The Weyrauchs were the other family of music students of mine I photographed early this year! Over a month later, same location, but couldn't have been a more different day! It was a blizzard! I almost cancelled, but when I called them up, Andy, the dad, told me they were still game and that the kids were eager to run around in the snow (still a rarity here in Vancouver, if not as much as a decade ago).

We braved the elements and while it definitely was a challenge (most of the wide shots were obscured by too much snow between us!) the ones that did turn out really made it worth it. How gorgeous are these kids?!
